Looking for new, simpler solutions, I gave up carved flowers and replaced them with drilled holes. However, I couldn’t help myself from outlining the contours of the flower with a carved line, which after overexposure becomes quite a nice orange colour. Despite the slightly simplified form, the time of working on the lamp has shortened only slightly, a lot of preparatory activities do their job. This lamp can be used in a table or wall position. The main part is a gourd with a diameter of 26 cm, containing over 5,000 holes forming a symmetrical pattern, a part of another smaller gourd was used as the base so that the whole thing harmonized with each other.
